Where do you ship?

We ship internationally! Shipping within the U.S. is free, but international orders will incur an additional shipping cost, which will be calculated at checkout. We want to bring Barbella Box to fitness enthusiasts everywhere! 🌍💪

How can I cancel my subscription or receive a refund?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account and updating your preferences, or by emailing us at support@barbellabox.com.

To receive a refund, you must request it before your box ships. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have already shipped.

You can receive a refund for any subscription placed before the 8th of the month.

If you're ever dissatisfied, we’ll do our best to make things right and ensure your experience is nothing short of spectacular! 😊

Can I exchange sizes or items?

We want you to love everything in your Barbella Box! If you received the wrong size, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. If the size you requested doesn’t fit but we have a different size in stock, we’ll work with you to send a new one.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at support@barbellabox.com if this happens, and we’ll do our best to make it right! 😊

Getting started is simple! Sign up, set your apparel sizes, and get ready to receive a curated box of premium fitness apparel and gear delivered straight to your door each month. Your subscription is ongoing, but you’re in control—you can pause or cancel anytime with no hassle. It’s that easy!

How much does it cost?

We offer flexible subscription options to fit your lifestyle:

Monthly Subscription – $54.99/month + FREE U.S. shipping (auto-renews monthly)

Quarterly Subscription – $52/month ($156 billed every 3 months) (auto-renews quarterly)

Annual Subscription – $50/month ($600 billed annually) (auto-renews yearly)

Apparel Club – $40/month for apparel-only (auto-renews monthly)

When will I receive my first box?

The timing of your first box depends on when you sign up and the length of the month. Here’s how it works:

For months with 31 days:

If you purchase between the 1st and 16th, your first box will ship between the 22nd and 31st of that month.

If you purchase after the 16th, your first box will ship between the 22nd and 30th of the following month.

For months with 28-30 days:

If you purchase between the 1st and 15th, your first box will ship between the 22nd and 30th of that month.

If you purchase after the 15th, your first box will ship between the 22nd and 31st of the following month.

When is the monthly deadline?

You have until 7 PM ET on the 15th (for months with 28-30 days) or the 16th (for months with 31 days) to sign up for that month’s Barbella Box.

If you subscribe after the deadline, your first box will ship the following month.

Can I buy one product from the box?

Absolutely! We have a one-stop shop where you can purchase products from past boxes at their retail value. Keep in mind that not every product will be available after the boxes ship, but it’s a great place to snag more of the items you love—or even grab them in different colors!
